To alter your Limiting Beliefs, please follow the steps below for 20 minutes every day:
- Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground. Keep your back straight and your head held high.
- Close your eyes and silently repeat your Affirmation continuously at a slow and steady pace.
- If your mind wanders, please be gentle with yourselff and resume repeating your mantra.
