Similar to hypnosis, Meditation brings us to a state of alpha — where we can alter deeply-rooted behaviors and beliefs. 

To alter your Limiting Beliefs, please follow the steps below for 20 minutes every day:

  • Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground. Keep your back straight and your head held high.
  • Close your eyes and silently repeat your Affirmation continuously at a slow and steady pace.
  • If your mind wanders, please be gentle with yourselff and resume repeating your mantra.
