To reschedule an appointment, open your confirmation email and click on the “change appointment” tab.  If you can’t find this email, please check your “junk folder.”

Please note: clients can only change an appointment ONCE.

Phone appointments can be rescheduled up to eight hours in advance. and In-person and Zoom appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Beyond that point, all bookings are final. As per our Terms of Service, Psychic Ralph does not offer refunds or allow cancellations.
